Swimficient is an Australian adult swimming technique and coaching business. The person responsible for this site is AJ Delaney, the founder and lead coach. We collect the information you provide in our contact form, such as your name, email address, which service interests you and any swimming goals you choose to describe.

We use these details to respond to enquiries, manage early course interest and arrange coaching discussions. We may use your email for occasional marketing only if you separately tick the optional marketing consent box.

Our website hosting provider processes form submissions on our behalf. Please do not include health information, payment card details or other sensitive information in the enquiry form. Form entries are not public. We may retain enquiries while needed for customer correspondence or business recordkeeping, and seek to delete records when they are no longer required.

You may ask to access, correct or delete information by submitting a contact request using the enquiry form. Where reasonable and legally permitted, we will respond to those requests. Links to external websites and third-party services have their own privacy practices.

Details about the formal operating entity and contact address will be added before full commercial launch. This page should be reviewed once those are confirmed.
